A Night of Music and Fellowship:

Brother Al Mascia, Franciscan Friar  will put on a folk concert to benefit St. Aloysius. In kind donations will be accepted and will support St. Al's ministry to the homeless.  Reservations can be made by contacting Faith@Work. Wine and cheese will be served. Space is limited.

Saturday, Sept. 27th from 11am-1pm
Book Signing:

We are excited to be hosting a book signing by four local St. Anastasia authors.  They will be signing copies of their books which are inspirational and faith-filled. Authors include: Carol Tardiff, Al Lacki, Timmy O'Neil and Julie Skotzke.

Thursday, October 2nd at 7pm
Fr. Joe Lang- National Shrine of the Little Flower,  
will be coming to share his insights on the book Becoming Who You Are by James Martin, SJ. In his book, Martin provides insightful thoughts on our own journey of faith. His view is that everyone of us is called to be a saint in the vocation and circumstances of our own lives. 

Thursday, October 16th at 7 p.m. 
Christina Peixoto, Director of Child Welfare at the St. Francis Family Services Center, will be giving a presentation titled Making a Difference- Helping Children Overcome their History of Abuse and Neglect. The presentation will include topics such as, signs and behaviors associated to childhood abuse and neglect; the impact of abuse and neglect on the development of the brain; the healing power of a stable family environment; and the healing power of a caring community. There will be a discussion after the presentation.
